About Me:
Hello, my name is Patrick Reyman and I am a game designer, software engineer, and game enthusiast! I am currently a senior at Kennesaw State University pursuing a degree in game design.
The main way I spend my free time is through video games, of which I am a self-proclaimed addict. My favorite types of games are open-world games, with a particular passion for sandbox games. I love playing these types of games because they allow me to truly get involved with a story in ways no other medium can do. Depending on how much of a sandbox a game is, you may get to design the world as you see fit which is also cool. Some games I’m currently playing are World of Warships, Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption Two, Minecraft, and Valheim, although I tend to bounce between 2 or 3 games at any given time amongst the roughly 600 titles I own. You can add me on Steam here.
I also love reading. Whether I’m reading a comic, a book, a webpage, or a short story, I love it. I’ve read hundreds of books, some of my favorite series include the Artemis Fowl series, the Cirque Du Freak series, and The Roar series. I’ve also been reading a lot of Japanese Manga of which some favorites are Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou and Aoki Hagane No Arpeggio. I’ve also been reading a lot from the SCP Foundation site. I highly recommend you check it out.
One day I would love to become a professional game designer with a focus on level design and world-building. I want to have a hand in creating unique worlds for players to immerse themselves in, characters for them to interact with, and places for them to explore.
